Shipping Policy:

All items will ship from our warehouse in Poway, California, 92064

We are not designed for shipments to a PO box and cannot process these types of orders.

Orders shipping to a residential address will not require a signature unless otherwise specified on the order, and these types of orders may require an additional fee imposed by our carriers.

Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt of your order, and a customer service rep will contact anyone that falls outside this window with an expected shipping date.

Shipping charges shown in the shopping cart are based on estimated weight, distance and packaging information, and may vary slightly when invoiced. Aztec is not responsible for a lost package but will work with the carrier to help resolve any issues that arise within the lower 48 states.

Standard shipping means standard ground service and depending on your location in the contiguous 48 stated, can take up to 5 or 7 working days, from date of shipment to arrive.

International Shipping: Please contact us for international shipping rates. Upon ordering a product you agree to pay any shipping costs, duties, storage costs, customs or fees required by your government or the shipper (these charges can be significant). Your local customs office or post office should be able to tell you what the fees will be.

The following conditions apply to international orders:
1. Orders under $500.00 (USD) that are NOT shipping to the billing address of the credit card will require payment by a Wire Transfer of Funds.
2. We reserve the right to request a Wire Transfer of Funds on any international order received.
3. Photo identification may be required to process a payment by a Wire Transfer of Funds.
4. If you require a shipping quote please designate that in the comments section of the order form.
